Emma Raducanu reached the third round in three Grand Slam tournaments Grand Slams during the season.

The British tennis star Emma Raducanu has pulled out of her remaining competitions this season due to a health issue she has been fighting for the last week and a half.

The 22-year-old had planned to participate in Tokyo and Hong Kong but chose to travel back to recover before starting plans for the 2026 season.

Her upcoming training are set to feature trainer Francisco Roig, as they have agreed to work together for the upcoming season.

Raducanu had her blood pressure taken while playing the initial match with Ann Li in the Wuhan tournament and withdrew when losing 6-1 4-1 on an oppressively humid day.

Another medical visit was necessary a doctor's assessment at the recent Ningbo Open, where she was defeated in three sets to Zhu Lin, a Chinese wildcard in the opening round.

Her movement was with clear difficulty in the final set against Zhu because of a lower back issue that has affected her during parts of the season.

These outcomes signaled a promising season, in which the player advanced into the top 30 globally after a long gap since her previous ranking, ended with three successive defeats.

She held three match points prior to falling to Jessica Pegula in round three in Beijing last month.

The player achieved twenty-eight matches this year and reached the semi-finals in Washington, but her standout performance was at March's Miami Open.

Ranked first in Britain reached the quarter-finals of this WTA 1000 tournament, beating eighth seed Emma Navarro on the way before losing in three sets to fourth-ranked Pegula.
