Mohamed Salah Offers Regret to Liverpool Dressing Room, Says Curtis Jones
Jones has revealed that Mohamed Salah expressed regret to the entire Liverpool squad in the wake of the controversy from his public comments.

The striker was dropped from a European match following criticising the club and stating his relationship with manager had broken down.
“Mo is his own man and he can say his own stuff,” Jones told Sky Sports. “His apology was clear and was like: ‘Should anyone feel slighted, please accept my apology.’”
The head coach has previously declined to disclose on whether he got an explanation from the 33-year-old forward.
Moving Forward
Jones insisted that the squad's reaction remained positive. “Nothing about him changed, he had a big smile on his face and it was business as usual,” the midfielder explained.
Jones also noted that a player's desire to start is a positive trait. “It's clear there are certain ways you can express yourself,” he said. “However, if a player is content to just be on the bench, then I think that’s more of an issue.”
Team Form
The team's performance have stayed unbeaten in the games following the interview fallout. The player is convinced the forward's comments were not intended to cause disruption.
“In moments of frustration, it has consistently come from a place of caring,” the midfielder stated. “That chapter is closed and we’re uniting strongly, playing well and starting to win games.”
